If a tool stops working, please give us 24 to 48 hours to fix it.

These tools are shared accounts, so sometimes they may get disabled. If that happens, we’ll recover it within 12 to 48 hours.

If we can’t fix the tool, we’ll give you another one with the same function.

If the tool still doesn’t work after this time, we’ll refund 80% of your payment, based on how many days you used it.

Refunds are processed within 3 days.

No refunds will be given if you just don’t like the tool.

If your course is not working or not showing properly, we will attempt to fix the issue within 1 to 2 business days.

If the issue is not resolved within 2 days, you will be eligible for a refund.
