Tools Refund Policy

Tool Refund Policy (Simple Version)

  • If a tool stops working, please give us 24 to 48 hours to fix it.

  • These tools are shared accounts, so sometimes they may get disabled. If that happens, we’ll recover it within 12 to 48 hours.

  • If we can’t fix the tool, we’ll give you another one with the same function.

  • If the tool still doesn’t work after this time, we’ll refund 80% of your payment, based on how many days you used it.

  • Refunds are processed within 3 days.

  • No refunds will be given if you just don’t like the tool.

Course Refund Eligibility

We are committed to providing a smooth and effective learning experience. If you encounter any technical issue—such as the course not loading or not being accessible—please contact us immediately.

Here’s how our refund process works:

  • If your course is not working or not showing properly, we will attempt to fix the issue within 1 to 2 business days.

  • If the issue is not resolved within 2 days, you will be eligible for a refund.

  • To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and a description of the issue.

Note: Refunds are only applicable in cases of technical issues. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or course dissatisfaction unrelated to functionality.
